What's included in the free plan?
The same full feedback a subscriber gets — level, score, criteria comments, inline mistakes, a model rewrite — plus every practice tool and your attempt history. The only difference is you're limited to Test 1 and Test 2.
How do I subscribe or manage my subscription?
Through Stripe, from the billing portal — you're never asked for card details anywhere else on tcfcoach.co.
Can I switch between plans?
Not mid-plan — cancel whenever you like and subscribe to a different plan when you're ready. The 3- and 6-month plans are separate upfront purchases, not a live switch.
What if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What if a renewal payment fails?
You don't lose access immediately — Stripe retries automatically, and access continues until the period you paid for actually ends.
What happens to my saved attempts if I cancel?
They stay in your history; you just can't submit anything new on a locked test until you resubscribe.
Do I need a subscription to try TCF Coach at all?
